Project Minimums
Project minimums have been established to justify the cost of transporting our vehicles, equipment, and employees to set up, work on your project, and break down after the job is done.






Zone 1
Design & Build - Pavers - minimum: $18K
Design & Build - planting only projects - minimum: $6K
Paver Repair - minimum: $5K
Drainage - minimum: $3K
Mulch - Only Offered with Full Service Maintenance
Bush Trimming - Only Offered with Full Service Maintenance
Residential lawn care - not offered
Residential spring/fall clean up - Only Offered with Full Service Maintenance
Commercial Maintenance
Zone 2
Design & Build with pavers & plantings - minimum: $30K
Design & Build - planting only projects - minimum: $10K
Paver Repair - minimum: $8K
Drainage - Only offered as a component of a larger project
Mulch - Only Offered with Full Service Maintenance
Bush Trimming - Only Offered with Full Service Maintenance
Residential lawn care - not offered
Residential spring/fall clean up - Only Offered with Full Service Maintenance
Commercial Maintenance
Zone 3
Design & Build - Plants & Pavers minimum: $30K
No other services offered in this zone
